I LOVE the painted glass suite. It comes with beautiful velum paper that you can cover with various designs, but I decided to play with the dies and a new in-color, blueberry bushel. LOVE the new colors and the color re-vamp. I did use a small piece of the vellum, but it really doesn't do it justice.
To make this card, I used the small square from the stained glass thinlets and cut it three times in black, and then twice in Lemon lime twist and once in blueberry bushel. Make sure you keep all the little pieces, because you need them!! To make life easier, I would recommend using multipurpose adhesive sheets to reduce the finicky gluing!!! I used a piece of cardstock behind the squares to make it easier to adhere the small pieces inside. I then cut a strip of the vellum from Graceful Glass and colored using the lemon lime twist and blueberry bushel stamping write markers. The squares were popped up using dimensionals to the vellum which was then adhered to a whisper white cardstock that was embossed using the pinewood planks embossing folder. The sentiment is from the Painted Glass suite.
For the inside, another sentiment from the Painted Glass suite and the Swirly Scribbles thinlets added a wave of blueberry bushel and lemon lime twist!
