Stamping with Jen Summer Stamping Symphony Blog Hop: Friends are Like Seashells

I cannot believe it is already the middle of the month.  Where is the time going?  This months blog hop is a summer theme using designer series paper (DSP).  I had fallen in love with the Friends are Like Seashells Bundle and hadn't yet played with it.  Well, I still love it!!  Can you see the DSP? Can you guess which one I used?  What do you think?

This card is super easy to make.  I cut out the seashells using the die in the bundle on Basic White.  Stamped the shells in Misty Moonlight, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia.  I coloured the seaweed in Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent blends.  After the ink was dry, I ran it through the Seashells 3D embossing folder.  I then ran a piece of vellum through the same embossing folder and attached it to the stamped die cut.  Have you figured out the DSP? Yup, it is from Expressions in Ink. I also used the Expressions in ink Ephemera Pack.  Can you see the other specialty paper I used? Yes the gold metallic speciality paper!.  The gold twine is from Simply Elegant trim and I did the finishing touch with the gilded gems.  What to you think? Oh man, could I ever handle a beach right now!!!!

I hope you enjoyed this card. Please make sure you check out all the other lovely ladies cards!  If you live in Canada and would like to make this card, you can shop with me!!!

Have a great day!

Stamping with Jen Triple Easel Card - Party Puffins

Do you remember those Panda's from Sale A Bration a few years ago, and how fun they were! Well the Party Puffins are just as much fun and they are sooooo cute.  I have a friend that just loves to watch the puffins, she just laughs and laughs at how silly they are, so every time I play with this stamp set I think of her.  Hope I can see her soon with Ontario starting to open up!! Safely of course...outside picnic 6 feet away!  Anyway back to stamping!

Stamping with Jen Stampin' Up!

Look at this adorable card! If you want to mail it, make sure you put extra postage on it because it is ALOT of paper :).  I got this idea from Dawn Griffith, but there are lots of examples of it on Pinterest.  Just search Triple Easel and you will get lots of ideas!
