Stamping with Jen - Sale a-bration Stamping Symphony Blog Hop Hippest Hippos

For this hop I decided to make a fun fold card called a corner flip card inspired by Susan Beale.  You can see her card here.

Look at how cute they are!!!! I made this for my sons birthday which is in July.  I swear he was born with gills, he could just swim all day long!!

I kept the inside pretty simple

The supplies to make this card are provided below and the measurements are:

- card base (Night of Navy) 5 1/2 X 8 1/2

- designer series paper (front and inside of card) 5 X 5 1/4)

- basic White cardstock 4 X 5 1/4 and scrap for three hippos

- Night of Navy scrap for waves and splashes

- Pool Party scrap for waves, hat, snorkel and goggles

- Real red scrap for life float

- Crumb cake scrap for boat

- Basic black scrap for glasses

It is really a simple fold, you should try it!!!

Stamping with Jen - Hippest Hippos

 Happy Wednesday!! Can you believe we are already in the middle of July? Here is todays card.  This is such a simple card to make, yet so cute!

The measurements of the card are:

Card Base - Smoky Slate - 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4

DSP (Silver and Gold) (striped) - 4 1/4 X 1 3/4

DSP (Silver and Gold) (dots) - 4 1/4 X 3

Card stock (either petal pink or pool party) - 3 1/8 X 4 3/8

Then you will need some scrap Basic White for the hippo, sentiment and circle.  And you will need scrap card stock (either petal pink or pool party) for the hat and circle.
