October Stamping Symphony Blog Hop

I cannot believe it is halfway through October already. Where has the time gone? Well it is time for another Stamping Symphony blog hop!!!

Look at this adorable Elf.  He is just so cute.  I had so much fun with this stamp set inspired by a Million Dollar Sales Achiever Karen Duke.

Here is a close up of the elf.

Hard to see in the image, but if you look at the lining of his hat and coat you can see texture and shimmer.  I used the shimmery crystal effects and then added dazzling diamonds, when it dries, it just gives a really neat texture and finish.  This card is so easy to do...come back and visit for me for some more ideas of cards using this stamp set. I have fallen in love with it :)

I had so much fun playing with the Holly Jolly Christmas Bundle from the 2019 Stampin Up! Holiday Catalogue.  What do you think?

The night sky could have been sponged, but why do that when you can use DSP!! I simply used a piece of DSP from the See a Silhoutte DSP from the annual catalogue and stamped the stars from the So Many Stars stamp set (also from the holiday catalogue) using the new silver shimmer paint ink. 

I also stamped the trees on basic black cardstock using the silver shimmer paint.  I then used the snowfall accents puff paint on the trees but before I heated it, I also sprinkled with dazzling diamonds just to give it a little glimmer.  Have you used the puff paint yet? So cool!!!! 

For the inside, I couldn't resist using Santa. How jolly is he???
