Stamping with Jen Sale A Bration Second Release - Stamping Symphony March Blog Hop

Can you believe it is the middle of March already and we are in the final few weeks of Sale A Bration? You want to make sure you have taken advantage of all the free stuff and of the amazing sign up offer.

For this months blog hop we decided to showcase some of the items that you could get during Sale A Bration.  I fell in love with the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) that was available in the second release of the catalogue. This paper is gorgeous, just on its own or coloured using various techniques.  What do you think of this card?

I cut using scissors (aka as fussy cutting) the flower image from the Flowering foils DSP.  Isn't the silver and rose gold finish stunning? With my sponge daubers, I lightly coloured in the flowers using Terracotta Tile and Old Olive.  That is it, how easy.  You can watch my video (posted later today on Facebook and I will add it here)  below for some tips and tricks.  The rest is pretty straight forward.  I also used the BEAUTIFUL new dies called Ornate Layers Dies which are a sneak peak from the new annual catalogue coming in June 2020.  And best of all, they are available for you to order starting in April, a full month before the launch of the new catalogue...How amazing is that.  The Terracotta Tile ribbon is also a sneak peak from the suite that will be available to you to order starting April.  For the inside I kept it very simple and used the dies again from the Ornate Layers Dies.  The sentiments are from another Sale A Bration item Tags in Bloom stamp set.

A complete list of supplies to make this card is listed below at the end of the post.   If you are in Canada, and do not have a demonstrator I would really appreciate if you placed your order with me.  Just use the host code at the side of my blog, and I will send you a free tutorial and class kit in the mail!

Please check out the other lovely ladies Stamping Symphony's blogs!  Thanks for visiting!

Stamping with Jen - Parisian Beauty Chalkboard Technique

Happy Sunday!!! Can you believe it is March 1? Spring is just around the corner and you know what that means???? Fishing, fishing and more fishing LOL. So I will enjoy my weekends of crafting while I can (don't get me wrong, I love being on the water and outside, but I also love my craft room too :)).  But seriously, I do think I am finished with winter and welcome the return of the birds, the sun and the warmth!

Today I did the chalkboard technique using the Parisian Beauty stamp set.  I just love the simplicity of this card.  What do you think?

I also did it just a black and white version, minus the ribbon.  Which one do you prefer?

The inside I kept pretty simple with just a sentiment and a die cut.  I also tried one (picture not shown) of two of the die cuts along the left side of the card, that was pretty too! Give it a try!!

What do you think....pink? or Black and white? I think I like both.  Please watch my video below to see how to make this card.  If you enjoy my You Tube video or if you saw it live on Facebook, please like and share. It would mean the world to me!!

I have included a list of materials and the item numbers below to make this card.  The measurements are provided below as well. If you have any questions, please let me know!
