Stamping with Jen - Cutest Halloween Project 1

So this is strange, I am writing to you on a Monday!!! I found I had so much I wanted to share with you and only posting once a week wasn't giving me enough time to share it all.  So I am going to try something new.  I am going to try to do a product feature where I will do a series of posts using a specific product...so this time it is the Cutest Halloween Designer Series Paper.

Have you seen how cute this paper is????  Halloween this year isn't scary, it is soooo cute!!!  I made this simple card basically with just DSP.  The only stamping is the sentiment.  It showcases the amazing designer series paper...I just love it!!!! To be honest, I didn't buy the cutest Halloween Bundle (even though its name doesn't lie LOL)...I just bought the DSP.

Here is my first project featuring the Cute Halloween DSP..make sure you check back in a few days for another one :)

Ok, so how cute are those skulls?????

Just reach out of you want directions of how to make this card or leave a comment!!

The complete list of supplies is provided below.  Remember, Sale-a-bration is on until the end of September so you can earn free stuff and a free class from me if you make a $60 order on my online store!!

Happy Stamping!

Stamping with Jen - September 2021 Blog Hop - Stamping Symphony - Gorgeous Leaves

So how much do you love the autumn sets in the July to December Mini.  Are they not gorgeous????  I absolutely love autumn, but I am not a huge fan of what comes after, so it is with bitter sweetness that I work on autumn cards right now.

What do you think of this super cute card.  The DSP does all the work for you!!

Where did that DSP come from????? It is part of the host set in the annual catalogue, the Pattern Party DSP.  Isn't it a perfect compliment to the Gorgeous Leaves bundle? I used Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze and Cherry Cobbler with my blending brushes.  I then mounted it on Cherry Cobbler and glued it to a piece of Basic White, where I stamped the greeting from the Sparkle of the Season stamp set in Cherry Cobbler.  The Cherry Cobbler circle is die cut with the Layering circles and then run through the Timber 3D embossing folder.  I stamped the leaves in Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Cobbler and Daffodil Delight and cut out with the dies.  I finished it off with some linen thread and Matte Black Dottes, and voila, a super easy autumn card that would be perfect as a thank you or as a Thanksgiving Card.

It is hard to see the detail on the embossing folder, but it has to be my new favourite, or at least one of them LOL.  I love the wash on the leaves, I think the next time I may take my blending pens and see what that looks like! Stay tuned.

I just love how the blending brushes allow you to do so many different shades in the leaves.  I just started with the Daffodil light, then added more and more colour.  I would go back and more Pumpkin Pie or Cherry Cobbler until I was happy with the transitions.

Here is a video to see how to make this card!

I have had so much fun playing with the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle.

If you purchase this bundle from before September 30th, not only will you earn a free Sale-a-bration item but you will get a free card kit in the mail from me!!! So don't wait!

Stamping with Jen - Peaceful Deer Gift Card Holder

 Happy Wednesday!!

Can you believe it is September 8th already and school is back.  First week back is always so hard on children and parents alike trying to get into routine!! I did a course recently with Ronda Wade and this was her mystery stamping project.  I thought it would be perfect for Christmas, birthdays, weddings etc and thought I would share with you.  It is a super easy gift card holder that uses up some of that beautiful designer series paper (DSP) that I and so many people have a hard time using :).

What do you think of it? So simple, yet has a wow factor!!!

I did a course with Ronda Wade and this was a take on her mystery card.  I love it! So versatile for any event that you want to give a gift card!! I am kind of partial to the red one, but which do you prefer, red or green?
You simply remove the belly band and open it up and there is a super cute little pocket for a gift card or money and a pace to write your message to the lucky person!!!

Make sure you check out my video for tips and tricks on how to make this card
