Kylie's Demonstrator Training International Blog Hop - Stamping with Jen Flowering Foils - Just Add Color!

Happy March!! I cannot believe we only have a few weeks of Sale A Bration left :(, where has the time gone?  Here in Canada, it is the start of March break.  So kids are on school holiday for a week.  However, with the Covid19 outbreak, schools have been closed for an additional two weeks.  So kids are home for three weeks!! Hope this attempt at reducing transmission works!!  I hope all of you are healthy and avoiding some of the chaos and panic that has erupted here.  It is pretty crazy times.  But back to stamping!!

For this months blog hop I decided to showcase the Flowering Foils DSP that was part of the second release for Sale A Bration.  I LOVE this paper and it screams "colour me!!!" to me.  By the way, if you are feeling a bit more stress these days, colouring is an amazing stress reliever, give it a try.

For the first card, I used the Well Dressed Stamp Set, also from the Sale A Bration Second release.  For the DSP, I coloured using the light Night of Navy Blends.  What do you think?

To make this card you need:

  • Soft Suede (item # 147115)

For the next card, I used another sheet from the DSP pack.  This time, using a sponge brayer I coloured the background using Highland Heather.  I also used the border from the Tabs In Blooms (another Sale A Bration second release item) to silver emboss the sentiment before punching out using the Label me Lovely Punch.
